Before she was senior consultant for a recruitment agency specialized in fashion, luxury goods, design and cosmetics, during 3 years. After being in charge of several missions during 5 years for the development of French and foreign fashion companies.
After she graduate in fashion design and pattern making, she had a 10 years experience as model, and then worked during 3 years as commercial agent.

Caroline Pavaux

During her career, Caroline Pavaux was the manager of a recruitment agency specialized in fashion, luxury goods, design and cosmetics. Previously, over 10 years period, she managed the “job and internship” service within the structure of an international group of fashion design and marketing schools. Caroline was doing the link between the students and the companies for the internships and the after graduating placements. She was doing careers consulting and coaching according the fashion business evolution. At the same time, she organized partnership with companies and the students.
